“Duo, please come out from under there!”
“No!”
“It’s nothing to be ashamed about!”
“Nothing to be ashamed about? How can you say that?”
Heero sighed as he looked at the big lump of covers on the bed. He could see a braid sneaking out of the top of the mound. It was the only indication to where Duo’s head might be under there. Heero shivered, since Duo stole all the covers after what happened he was left sitting on the bed…in the nude.
“Duo c’mon. It’s cold in here. Please come out.”
“No! I won’t come out.”
“Look, it’s a perfectly natural process. These things happen. So please come out.”
Duo immediately sat up which made the covers fall on to the lower half of his body. He was red as a tomato but still managed to glare angrily at Heero, “These things happen! These things happen! These things don’t happen. I’ve never read or heard of this happening to anyone else.”
“Well I’m sure not many people tell how their lovers…passed gas…in their faces(1).”
Duo groaned and flopped back onto the bed with one of his arms over his eyes, “Don’t remind me.”
Heero stretched out next to him and caressed Duo’s face, “It’s okay. It happens. I still love you and as I said before it’s a natural process and you shouldn’t be ashamed about what happened.”
Duo sighed and lifted his arm to look at Heero, “It’s still embarrassing as all hell. Lets just go to bed, I don’t think I can get back in the mood right now.”
“I agree. Oh and Duo?”
“Yes?”
“Next time, don’t eat chili dogs before having sex.”
“HEERO!” Duo yelled. Then as quick as lightening brought the covers over his head and huddled under the mound. Heero sighed and resigned himself to being cold and got up to put some sweats on.
